Notice of Annual General Meeting
Greenko announces it has posted to shareholders the 2014 Annual Report and notice of its Annual General Meeting (the 'Annual Report' and 'Notice of Meeting').
The resolutions detailed in the Notice of Meeting will be proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held at 12.00 BST, on Friday, 24th October 2014, at Top Floor, 14 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1JA.
