The executive directors, Anil Chalamalasetty and Mahesh Kolli jointly, own ACMK Enterprise Ltd. ACMK enterprises Ltd have today purchased 4,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company from Aloe Private Equity at a price of 225p per share, which equates to an acquisition of approximately 21% of the total share holdings controlled by Aloe. The purchase was settled by £2.25m paid at the time of the transaction with the balance being payable before February 2013. As part of these arrangements, ACMK has also granted a pledge over 5.94m shares of the total 12.7m ordinary shares which it will now hold in the Company.Following this purchase, ACMK Enterprise Ltd, has 12.7 m ordinary shares in the Company, and options over a further 11.8m shares representing approximately 18.7% of the enlarged share capital of the Company.
