Acquisition of GKN plc: Supplementary Circular sent to Melrose Shareholders
In accordance with the requirements of the Listing Rules, Melrose announces that it is today posting to its shareholders a supplement to the Melrose Circular containing GKN's preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2017 (the "Supplementary Circular"). A copy of the Supplementary Circular is available on Melrose's website (www.melroseplc.net).
