Significant Shareholder Declaration

Global Invacom Group Limited ("Global Invacom" or "the Group"), the SGX and U.K. AIM Listed satellite equipment provider, announces that it was notified today that as of 24 August 2015, EGCP II Satellite Holdings LLC is the holder of 24,334,179 ordinary shares in the Group which represents 8.83 per cent of the Group's issued ordinary share capital, further to the completion of the acquisition of Skyware Global as announced on 25 August.
