Change of Company Secretary
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Global Invacom Group Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Yoo Loo Ping as Company Secretary of the Company in place of Ms Yeoh Kar Choo Sharon with immediate effect.
