The following replaces the EGM: Results of Tender Offer announcement which was released at 11.30 a.m. on 7 December 2017 under the RNS number 6946Y and which contains an erroneous reference to "results of Tender Offer"

Extraordinary General Meeting

Further to the Company's announcement of yesterday, 6th December 2017, at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held this morning at 10:30am, the Chairman of the meeting resolved, in accordance with the Company's articles of association, that the voting on the resolutions numbered 1 to 4 (inclusive) be conducted by way of a poll and that such poll be taken at 5:30pm on Friday 8th December 2017 at the offices of Galileo Fund Services Limited, Millennium House, 46 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1JB.
