INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 MARCH 2025
Gresham House Income & Growth 2 VCT plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce its interim results for the six months ended 31 March 2025.
As at 31 March 2025:
Net assets: £182.47 million
Net asset value per share: 54.87 pence
Financial Highlights
Results for the six months ended 31 March 2025
· There was a Net asset value ("NAV") total return1 (including dividends) per share of 0.3%.
· Share price total return1 (including dividends) per share of (2.4)%.
· The Board declared an interim dividend in respect of the current year of 2.00 pence per share, which was paid to Shareholders on 11 April 2025. Payment of this dividend increased cumulative dividends paid1 since inception in 2004 to 172.30 pence per share.
· The Company made two new investments totalling £1.40 million and four follow-on investments of £1.11 million.
· Net unrealised gains in the period were £0.58 million and net realised losses in the period were £(1.12) million.
· The Company received proceeds from investments totalling £0.68 million.
