Notification of Interest and Director's Dealings
Gresham Computing plc (the "Company") has received notification today that Kestrel Opportunities, a cell of Guernsey Portfolios PCC Limited ("Kestrel Opportunities"), acquired 1,277,854 new ordinary shares in the Company through its recent placing of 5,285,088 new ordinary shares, announced on 29 April 2010, at a price of 15.75 pence per share (the "Placing").
Kestrel Partners LLP, which Max Royde (Non-executive Director of the Company) is a partner of and holds a beneficial interest in, is the investment manager to Kestrel Opportunities. Mr Royde is also a shareholder in Kestrel Opportunities. This holding represents approximately 2.2 per cent of the Company's issued share capital as enlarged by the Placing.
As previously announced on 28 August 2009, Mr Royde also holds 41,500 ordinary shares and his wife holds 972 ordinary shares in the Company in aggregate representing approximately 0.1 per cent of the issued shares of the Company.
