Board Changes

Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT", "Gresham" or the "Company"), the leading software and services company that specialises in providing solutions for data integrity and control, banking integration, payments and cash management, announces the appointment of Peter Anthony Simmonds as Non-Executive Director and Chairman designate effective from 1 August 2020.

Ken Archer will continue in his role as Non-Executive Director and Chairman in the transition period until 1 October 2020.

Peter Simmonds was Chief Executive Officer of dotDigital Group plc for eight years and a major contributor to dotDigital's success. Following his retirement in June 2015, he stepped into the role of Non-Executive Director. Peter commenced his career in 1976 as a trainee accountant with Unilever Plc and has over 35 years of experience at senior management and board level, principally in the areas of software, banking, insurance, finance and outsourcing. He has considerable business entrepreneurial experience having been involved at start up or early stage of a number of companies in various industry sectors including consultancy services, computer software and internet solutions sectors. Peter also has experience of business acquisition and post-acquisition integration.

Peter Anthony Simmonds, aged 62, currently holds directorships at D4t4 Solutions plc, Cloudcall plc and Quoted Companies Alliance. In the last five years, he has also held directorships at Dotdigital Group plc, Eckoh plc and November Uniform Travel Syndicate Limited. Peter Simmonds' total beneficial interest in the Company is 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% the Company's total issued share capital as at today's date.

The Company confirms that there are no additional matters requiring disclosure under rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
