The Company has today been notified today that Jane Thomson, a person closely associated with David Potter, Chairman of the Company, purchased 291 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 860p per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Mr Potter, together with his connected persons, is interested in 14,576 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.40% of the Company's total voting rights.
