Gresham House Strategic (AIM: GHS), announces that it received notice on 16 December 2021 that Mr Christopher Mills, via Harwood Capital LLP, Chief Executive of the investment manager, purchased 10,250 ordinary shares in the capital of GHS at a price of 1645.51323 pence per Ordinary Share, on 15 December 2021.
Following the purchase, Mr Mills' resultant holding in GHS is 96,999 Ordinary Shares, reflecting 2.79% of the Company's issued share capital.
