Gooch & Housego PLC (AIM: GHH), the specialist manufacturer of photonic components & systems, announces that the Company was notified on 28 March 2019 that, on the same date, Mark Webster, Chief Executive Officer, exercised 28,437 options vested under the Gooch & Housego PLC 2013 Long Term Incentive Plan and in order to satisfy the income tax obligations subsequently sold 13,500 ordinary shares of 20p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £12.40 per Ordinary Share.
Following this, Mark Webster has an interest in 36,366 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.1% of the Company's total issued share capital.
