Georgia Healthcare Group Announces Appointment of Corporate Brokers
Georgia Healthcare Group PLC (the "Group" or "GHG") announces the appointment of Numis Securites Limited ("Numis") and Investec Bank plc ("Investec") as joint corporate brokers for GHG, from the date of this announcement.
"We have made significant progress since GHG's IPO on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange in November 2015, and now GHG has a market capitalisation in excess of GBP 400 million. GHG currently has a 35% free float and has already achieved a well-diversified international shareholder base.
We are confident that with the support of two internationally recognised firms, Numis and Investec, we will be able to achieve increased share liquidity and a further widening of our institutional shareholder base, whilst delivering on our corporate strategy, as BGEO Group PLC will seek to reduce its 65% stake in GHG over the next few years." commented Nikoloz Gamkrelidze, CEO of Georgia Healthcare Group.
