Long Term Incentive Plan
Gresham House, the specialist alternative asset manager, is pleased to announce the establishment of the new Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") for its employees, including members of the Company's senior management team.
LTIP
The new LTIP, details for which were included in the announcement of 2 May 2018, has now been approved by the remuneration committee. The new LTIP replaces the previous Employee Share Scheme adopted in July 2016 and has been established to incentivise senior management and employees to deliver long-term value creation and ensure alignment with shareholder interests, as well as provide a mechanism to comply with deferred variable compensation guidelines.
Under the terms of the LTIP, the LTIP Options awarded below will vest on the third anniversary of the date of approval of the scheme, subject to the awardees remaining employees of the Company.
Senior management and PDMR's have been granted, in aggregate, nil-cost LTIP Options over 361,446 Ordinary Shares at a price of 415p, being the mid-market closing price of the Company's shares on Wednesday 2nd May 2018, the date of approval by the Remuneration Committee of the LTIP scheme as follows:
