PDMR Shareholding
Gresham House, (AIM: GHE) the specialist alternative asset manager, announces that it received notice on 21 September 2021 that Mr Rupert Robinson, PDMR and Managing Director of Gresham House Asset Management Limited ("GHAM") and a member of the Company's Management and Investment Committees, transferred some of his interests in the ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") between brokerage and SIPP accounts in his name.
Mr Robinson's beneficial interest in the Company is unchanged at 563,316 Ordinary Shares, equating to 1.59% of the issued share capital.
