Posting of Circular
Gresham House, the specialist alternative asset manager, confirms that, further to the announcement made on 2 May 2018 confirming that it has conditionally raised gross proceeds of £15.0 million through a placing of new ordinary shares with existing shareholders as well as new investors, copies of the Circular and Notice of General Meeting together with the Form of Proxy will be sent to shareholders today.
The Circular and Notice of General Meeting will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.greshamhouse.com.
Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as the definitions in the Company's announcement of 2 May 2018.
