Property update
The Board of Gresham House is pleased to announce that, in accordance with its strategy of orderly realisation of the group’s assets, it completed the sale of its site in Vincent Lane, Dorking to Persimmon Homes Limited for £2.95m on 7 August 2013 which has enabled the full repayment of the group’s borrowing to the Royal Bank of Scotland plc.
In addition the lease to TT Assembly Systems (UK) Limited, a subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho Corp, for the property known as Northern Gateway in Knowsley, Liverpool was completed on 2 August 2013 and contracts are now with lawyers for the sale of this investment.
