GRESHAM HOUSE PLC ("Gresham House" or "the Company")
EXERCISE OF WARRANTS
Gresham House notifies that application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") for 29 new ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of shareholder warrants.
Admission of the new Ordinary Shares is expected on 23 April 2015. Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 9,343,439 Ordinary Shares, which figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
In addition, the Company will have 1,073,855 shareholder warrants in issue.
