Dividend Timetable
Gresham House, (AIM: GHE) the specialist alternative asset manager, announced on 11 March 2021, the Board's proposal to pay a final dividend totalling 6.0p per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2020.
This will be presented to shareholders for approval at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 12 May 2021 at 2.00 pm.
If approved, the dividend will be paid on 21 May 2021 to shareholders on the register of members on 7 May 2021, the ex-dividend date will be 6 May 2021.
