AGM statement

Gresham House (AIM: GHE), the specialist alternative asset manager, is hosting its Annual General Meeting today at 2pm at Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP, One Wood Street, London, EC2V 7WS.

Trading in the first quarter of 2023 has been in line with the Board's expectations, and AUM has now reached £8.0bn as at 31 March 2023, up 2% on £7.8bn as at 31 December 2022.

Anthony Townsend, Non-Executive Chairman states:

"As markets continue to face many challenges, we are pleased to maintain positive growth across the business despite these challenging conditions. Our mix of asset classes delivers attractive financial returns alongside non-financial benefits resulting in an ongoing healthy pipeline of further investment from our clients."
