2018 Performance Share Plan ("PSP")
Gresham House, (AIM: GHE) the specialist alternative asset manager, announces that, pursuant to the PSP, 9,090 and 12,101 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have vested and have now been exercised and allocated to Mrs Heather Fleming, PDMR and Managing Director Institutional Business and Mr Oliver Hughes, PDMR and Managing Director Forestry, respectively. The aggregate number of 21,191 Ordinary Shares so allocated will be transferred by the Gresham House plc Employee Benefit Trust to the PDMRs.
