2018 Performance Share Plan ("PSP")

Gresham House, (AIM: GHE) the specialist alternative asset manager, announces that, pursuant to the PSP, 16,960 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have vested and been allocated to Mrs Heather Fleming, PDMR and Managing Director Institutional Business. The 16,960 Ordinary Shares so allocated will be transferred by the Gresham House plc Employee Benefit Trust to Mrs Fleming.
