Greatland Resources Limited (Greatland Resources or the Company) (ASX:GGP and AIM:GGP) advises that further to the announcement made on 22 July 2025, the Company has issued 132,899 new Ordinary Shares in satisfaction of the up-front consideration due to Rio Tinto Exploration Pty Limited (RTX) in relation to the farm in and joint venture with RTX in respect of the Paterson South project. This agreement was announced by Greatland Gold plc on 30 May 2023 and was further described in the Company's Australian prospectus dated 30 May 2025.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to take effect at 8.00 a.m. on or around 28 July 2025.

Upon admission the Company's issued share capital will comprise 670,751,673 Ordinary Shares each with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury. When calculating the total number voting rights, shareholders should use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
