Exercise of Warrants
Greatland Gold plc (LON:GGP), the London Stock Exchange AIM listed precious and base metals exploration and development business, is pleased to announce that it has received binding warrant conversion notices for the conversion of 34,033,213 warrants at price of 0.56p per share and 13,000,000 options at a price of 0.2p per share for a total amount of £216,586.00.
As a result of these warrant conversions, 47,033,213 new ordinary shares are expected to be admitted to trading on or around 31 October 2017 ("Admission").
Following Admission the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 2,803,915,911 ordinary shares. As such the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 2,803,915,911 ordinary shares. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
