Exercise of Options

Greatland Gold plc (LON:GGP), the London Stock Exchange AIM listed precious and base metals exploration and development business, is pleased to announce that it has received a binding exercise notice for the conversion of 3,000,000 options at a price of 0.2p per share for a total amount of £6,000.00.

As a result of this option exercise, 3,000,000 new ordinary shares are expected to be admitted to trading on or around 11 January 2018 ("Admission").

Following Admission the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 3,002,256,509 ordinary shares. As such the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 3,002,256,509 ordinary shares. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
