Completion of Seventh Share Buyback Programme

Grafton Group plc ("the Company"), the international building materials distributor and DIY retailer, is pleased to announce that it has completed its seventh share buyback programme that commenced on 4 September 2025.
Between 4 September 2025 and 7 November 2025, 2.74 million ordinary shares in the Company were repurchased on the London Stock Exchange for cancellation at an average price of £9.14 per share and a total cost of £25 million. This represented 1.4 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company when the seventh buyback programme commenced.
