GALLIFORD TRY HOLDINGS PLC

This announcement provides a correction to the announcement released on 28 September 2022 at 17:30 under RNS Number 0629B, which contained a typographical error relating to the grant of restricted ordinary shares of 50 pence in the Company under the Annual Bonus Plan to I Jubb and

V Skene. The full amended text is shown below. 

Transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and their connected persons in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a)

The Company notifies that 59,791 and 39,583 ordinary shares of 50 pence each were granted to I Jubb and V Skene (respectively), both persons discharging managerial responsibilities, with effect on 28 September 2022. Such restricted shares will ordinarily vest on the third anniversary of the grant subject to continued service, namely 28 September 2025. 

All other information contained in the announcement released on 28 September 2022 remains the same.
