GetBusy plc (AIM: GETB) ("GetBusy" or "the Company") today announces that Dr Miles Jakeman, the Company's Non-Executive Chairman, has informed the Company that between 14 March 2022 and 16 March 2022 he bought 47,351 ordinary shares of 0.15 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 57.86 pence per share.
Following the trade Dr Jakeman has a beneficial interest over 289,610 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.68 per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company.
