Genel Energy plc's share capital consists of 279,621,830 ordinary shares of 0.10p each in issue plus ordinary shares held in Treasury of 626,368.

The number of voting ordinary shares in issue is 245,928,529 and the number of suspended voting ordinary shares in issue is 33,538,301. Therefore total number of voting rights in Genel Energy plc is 245,928,529.
