Prospectus dated 17 June 2011 relating to the Placing of 132,840,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.10 each at a placing price of £10.00 per Ordinary Share and admission to the Official List (by way of a Standard Listing under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules) and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.
