Genuit Group plc (the "Company")
Notification of transactions by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The Company announces that on 4 May 2021, Glen Sabin, Chief Operating Officer and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, exercised the following options:
1. a nil-cost option over 18,376 shares in accordance with the Long Term Incentive Plan Award granted to him on 2 May 2018. Mr. Sabin sold all exercised shares with the appropriate tax and national insurance liabilities deducted from the sale proceeds.
2. a nil-cost option over a total of 1,537 shares (comprising 1,482 shares granted under the Award and 55 shares awarded at vesting in lieu of dividends paid during the vesting period) in accordance with the Deferred Share Bonus Plan Award granted to him on 2 May 2018. Mr. Sabin sold sufficient shares to cover the appropriate tax and national insurance liabilities due on exercise.
3. a nil-cost option over a total of 4,141 shares (comprising 4,027 shares granted under the Award and 114 shares awarded at vesting in lieu of dividends paid during the vesting period) in accordance with the Deferred Share Bonus Plan Award granted to him on 30 April 2019. Mr. Sabin sold sufficient shares to cover the appropriate tax and national insurance liabilities due on exercise.
Mr. Sabin now holds an interest in a total of 716,574 shares.
