The Company announces that Michael Michael, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has exercised options of 147,773 shares of US$ 0.01 each. The Nil Cost options were issued pursuant to the Gem Diamond Long Term Incentive Plan 2007. Mr Michael sold 30,000 shares to cover all tax liabilities that arose from this exercise :-
