interested,Β purchasedΒ 25,000Β GDRs, each representing 5 Ordinary Shares in GreatΒ Eastern atΒ 300Β pence
per GDR. Following this purchase, Mr Yogendra Kr. ModiΒ has a beneficial interest in
350,765,159Β ordinary shares in Great Eastern, representing approximately 64.41% of the issued share
capital.
