Replacement - Company Secretary
The Company announces that Mr. Diviay Chadha will replace Mr. Vikas Tulsiani as Company Secretary with effect from 01 September 2011. The Board thanks Mr. Tulsiani for his services and wishes him success in all his future endeavours.
Mr. Chadha will look after the Company's legal and secretarial functions. There are no disclosures under LR 9.6.13 for Mr. Chadha.
