GE Board of Directors Authorizes Regular Quarterly Dividend

BOSTON, Mass.- September 9, 2016-The Board of Directors of GE (NYSE: GE) today declared a $0.23 per share dividend on the outstanding common stock of the Company payable October 25, 2016 to shareowners of record at the close of business on September 19, 2016. The ex-dividend date is September 15, 2016.
