Board change
genedrive plc (AIM: GDR), the point of care pharmacogenetic testing company, today announces that further to the Company's announcement of 26 May 2026 detailing various immediate and proposed board changes, Dr. Ian Gilham, Chairman and a Director of genedrive, has today stepped down from the Board.
The recruitment process for a new independent Non-Executive Chairman as well as two other independent Non-Executive Directors is progressing and further announcements will be made in due course.
As also confirmed in the 26 May 2026 announcement, Chris Yates continues to act as an independent Non-Executive Director pending the appointment of new Non-Executive Board members.
