In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, GCP Infrastructure, the only UK listed fund focused primarily on investments in UK infrastructure debt would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 3 March 2017, the Company's issued share capital consists of 733,743,716 Ordinary shares of £0.01 each with voting rights.
The above figure of 733,743,716 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in (or a change of interest) in the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
