As at 30 June 2015, the Company's issued share capital consists of 575,758,001 Ordinary shares of £0.01 each. The total issued share capital with voting rights is 575,758,001

The above figure 575,758,001 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, GCP Infrastructure Investments Limited, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
