GCP Infra, the only UK listed fund focused primarily on investments in UK infrastructure debt, today announces the reference price of a new ordinary share under the scrip dividend alternative for the period from 1 October 2017 to 31 December 2017 dividend has been set at 119.16 pence.

This is the average of the middle market prices of the Company's Ordinary Shares derived from the Daily Official List of the London Stock Exchange for the ex-dividend date of 25 January 2018 and the four subsequent dealing days.

The dividend payment date and the date for admission and dealing of the new ordinary shares, to be issued pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative is expected to be 23 February 2018.
