Revolving Credit Facility
GCP Infra, the only UK listed fund focused primarily on investments in UK infrastructure debt, is pleased to announce that on 27 March 2018, the Company entered into new revolving credit arrangements for an aggregate amount of £150 million, replacing the Company's previous revolving credit facility which has expired.
The new facilities, which are substantially fully drawn, comprise £125 million expiring on 27 March 2021 and £25 million expiring on 27 March 2019 and have been agreed with two lenders, Royal Bank of Scotland International and ING.
