Revolving Credit Facility
GCP Infrastructure, the only UK listed fund focused primarily on investments in UK infrastructure debt, is pleased to announce that on 17 January 2017, the Company entered into an agreement with Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited in respect of an increase to the £50 million revolving credit facility entered into on 23 March 2015. The increased facility is for an amount of £75 million. All amounts drawn under the facility are to be used in or towards the making of investments in accordance with the Company's investment policy.
