The Directors of the Company are pleased to announce that the Notice of the 2013 Annual General Meeting ("Notice") to be held at 2 pm on 11 February 2013 has today been posted to shareholders.
The Notice has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

The Company achieves this by investing substantially all of its capital in the Master Fund, an open-ended investment company that holds the Target Assets. The Company is the majority shareholder of the Master Fund.
