Grupo Clarín Appoints New Officer Responsible for Market Relations

On 23 March 2021, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that the Company's Board of Directors had (i) accepted the resignation submitted by Mr. Agustín Medina Manson as Officer Responsible for Market Relations, and (ii) in his place, appointed Ms. Samantha Lee Olivieri, ID No. 92,379,548, as Main Officer Responsible for Market Relations and Ms. Valentina López, ID No. 33,133,772, as Alternate Officer Responsible for Market Relations.
