Enforcement Authority Serves Notice of Resolution
On 31 October 2013, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that it had been served notice of Resolution No. 2276 - AFSCA/12, dated as of 17 December 2012, issued by the Audiovisual Communication Services Law Federal Enforcement Authority ("AFSCA"), whereby that agency ordered, among other things, the appraisal of the licenses and essential assets related thereto by the National Appraisal Court and ordered the Company and other licensee companies to inform that agency in a term of 15 days whether all licenses detailed in the Resolution are owned and/or exploited by such companies.
