GEIGER COUNTER LIMITED (THE "COMPANY")
Share Buy Back
Geiger Counter Limited announces that on 22 July 2025, it purchased 210,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 47.62 pence per Ordinary Share.
All Ordinary Shares repurchased by the Company under its share repurchase programme are to be held in Treasury. In total, since the Annual General Meeting on 5 March 2025 the Company has repurchased 17,730,950 Ordinary Shares.
Following the purchase, the Company has 115,790,096 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue plus 36,884,153 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.
