Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Board of Globo PLC (AIM: GBO.L) has been informed that Costis Papadimitrakopoulos, Chief Executive Officer, has today purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 22 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Papadimitrakopoulos is interested in a total of 67,644,135Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 23.27 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
