Change of Adviser and Notice of Interim Results

Globo plc ("Globo", or the "Company"; LSE-AIM: GBO), the international mobile solutions and SaaS provider, announces the appointment of RBC Europe Limited as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker with immediate effect.

The Company will be announcing its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2012 on Friday 21 September 2012.
