Games Workshop Group PLC05 January 2007 Games Workshop Group PLC ("Games Workshop" or the "Company") Dealings by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility The Company was informed on 5 January 2007 that Mark Wells, a person dischargingmanagerial responsibility at Games Workshop, purchased 52,467 ordinary shares of5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a purchase price of 377 penceper Ordinary Share.
