The Company was informed today that John Laughlin, a person discharging managerial responsibility at Games Workshop,acquired 5,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 525.5 pence per share.Β

The aggregate holding of Mr Laughlin, has therefore increased to 25,158 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.08 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
