Games Workshop Group PLC12 April 2007 Games Workshop Group PLC ("Games Workshop" or the "Company") Dealings by Non-Executive Director The Company was informed on 12 April 2007 that Alan Stewart, a non-executivedirector at Games Workshop, sold 750,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 350 pence per Ordinary Share on12 April 2007. In addition a further 100,000 shares previously beneficiallyowned by Alan Stewart are to be transferred to a trust in which he is no longera beneficiary. The sale and transfer were made for personal reasons. Mr Stewart has therefore reduced his holding to 85,000 Ordinary Shares, whichrepresents approximately 0.27 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital ofthe Company.
